Rui Pinheiro - Business & HR Director | Strategic Advisor
Graduated in Economics, with a career spanning several decades managing companies in international markets such as Portugal, Brazil, Spain and the Netherlands. He has solid experience in Human Resources, leading projects with innovative solutions focused on organizational efficiency.
Founder of a company in the area of Temporary Work, where he supervised the recruitment of professionals in various specialties and ensured the management of skills and the strategic vision of the business. Highlights include the creation of team dynamics focused on productivity and achieving objectives, as well as the ability to attract, develop and retain talent - aligning individual and company objectives. Specialist in the commercial and management areas, with a strong focus on defining growth plans and creating sustainable value.
Yuval Baruch – Co CEO
An entrepreneur and executive in real estate and construction, with extensive expertise in Israel and Portugal. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from IDC Herzliya(Reichman University) and a certification in Urban Renewal. Has extensive experience in managing real estate projects valued at tens of millions of euros, including urban renewal developments inIsrael. As the Founder and CEO of a real estate development company in Lisbon, possesses deep expertise in the Portuguese construction market and regulatory landscape, with a strong understanding of its key challenges and industry dynamics.Through YuRex Workforce Solutions, leads innovative workforce management and recruitment solutions for contractors in Portugal, combining strategic vision, professional expertise, and advanced operational leadership.
Izhak Baruch - Strategic Advisor & Key Supporter
Entrepreneur and the owner and CEO of YUVALIM Group, one of Israel’s most established and trusted family-owned real estate development companies. Founded in 2000, the company is known for its stability, integrity, and uncompromising standards in quality and design.
