We Offer a Range of Services to Meet Your Needs

YUREX offer three customized employment models to match your structure, budget, and desired level of control.
Each model includes skilled workers, operational support, and regulatory coverage — with the added benefit of flexible pricing based on each worker’s profile.

Model 1:
Worker Purchase & Direct Placement

You hire – we handle everything else.

This model is intended for contractors who want full and direct control over their workforce, while receiving full support from YUREX in the recruitment and relocation process of the workers to Portugal.

Within this model, YUREX is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and importing the most suitable workers, as well as completing the entire required bureaucratic process (work visas, registrations, insurances, etc.).

After the process is completed, the workers are employed directly by the contractor, and the responsibility for day-to-day management is transferred to him: monitoring working hours at construction sites or agricultural operations, paying salaries, handling daily operational issues, arranging worker accommodation, and more.

Worker Leasing (ATT) -

Two Delivery Options
This model is intended for contractors who want a comprehensive workforce solution, with ready-to-work employees, without bearing the burden of direct employment and administrative management.
 

Under this model, the workers are employed by YUREX and integrated (leased) into the client’s projects according to execution needs.
The contractor receives professional, available, and certified teams without being the direct employer, while ensuring full compliance with Portuguese labour laws.
 

The contractor pays a fixed monthly rate per worker and receives ready-to-work employees, including full management of salaries, social benefits, and regulatory aspects.
YUREX continuously monitors the working hours and attendance of the workers construction sites or agricultural operations and provides reports and ongoing operational support.
 

Option A — All-Inclusive (“Turnkey” inside Leasing)

A comprehensive solution where YUREX manages every aspect related to the employment of the workers:

  • Full employment and salary payments

  • Work visas and regulatory registrations

  • Health and accident insurance

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and full safety training

  • Organized accommodation for workers

  • Daily transportation to and from construction sites or agricultural farms

  • Full administrative support: payroll management, attendance tracking, performance reports

  • Team leader/supervisor and complete on-site operational coordination

  • Option to arrange meals according to project requirements
     

Result: Zero administrative burden on the contractor, consistent and stable workforce supply, and full legal compliance.
 

Option B — Shared Responsibilities (Leasing with client duties)

In this option, YUREX is responsible for the employment of workers, payroll, visas and insurance, PPE and safety training, accommodation, and reporting.
The client handles certain items such as daily transportation and/or meals — according to project needs and preferences.
 

Result: Lower overall cost, while maintaining YUREX as the official employer and compliance partner.
 

Note: Payment terms and any additional inclusions will be clearly defined in the commercial proposal for each project.

✔ Recruitment of professional workers from China, Romania, Moldova, and other countries.
✔ Employment of workers by YUREX and their integration into projects in Portugal.

✔ Provision of accommodation and complete logistics services: organized housing near the site, insurances (health, work, travel), daily transportation to construction sites or agricultural operations
✔ Option for subsidized meals as part of the package.
✔ Full administrative support: payroll management, attendance reports, handling work permits, solving operational issues between workers and contractors.
✔ On-site team leaders/supervisors and continuous operational support during the project.

Workers remain employed by YUREX, while the contractor benefits from a professional, available, and ready-to-work workforce — without bearing the responsibilities of a direct employer.

Model 3:
Flexible Workforce by Project

Custom solutions for short-term or seasonal needs.

​This model is designed specifically for contractors who require temporary and flexible manpower — according to the project’s duration, execution stage, or changing budget requirements.

This model is ideal for projects of a temporary or changing nature — for example: short-term projects, seasonal contracts, or flexible employment arrangements. It allows for a quick and targeted response to specific needs, without committing to long-term employment arrangements.

Flexible Payment Options:

  • Monthly payment per worker – suitable for contractors who require steady manpower over several months.

  • Hourly payment – ideal for very short-term projects, or those where the scope of work changes along the way.

  • Performance-based payment – intended for contractors who prefer to pay according to the completion of milestones or measurable results only.

✔ Employment of workers by YUREX and their immediate integration into projects according to client requirements.
✔ Full responsibility for all legal requirements: employment contracts, insurances, work visas, social security registrations, and more.
✔ Option for additional services (as required): organized housing, daily transportation, subsidized meals, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety training.
✔ Ongoing operational management: attendance, performance reports, handling issues between workers and the contractor.
✔ Full transparency in contractual terms and payment structure defined in advance in the commercial proposal.
